Banana KUSh Cake Automatic is 75% indica and 25% sativa. The strain has impressive genetics: KUSh Auto has two components: Wedding Cheesecake, Banana KUSh and Hindu KUSh Auto. It is one of Sensi Seeds’ newest strains, developed under the 2021 Research project. This auto strain has an average flowering time and reaches a medium height. It got its name because of its characteristic skunky banana aroma. Users can expect bumper yields and a strong, relaxing, cerebral high with Banana KUSh Cake Auto.
Banana KUSh Cake Automatic cannabis seeds contain 75% indica and 25% sativa. This new strain was created by Sensi Seeds as part of Research 2021 and combines two very popular strains, Wedding Cheesecake and Banana KUSh Auto with Hindu KUSh Auto. The result is a strain that has several phenotypes – something that growers who like variation will appreciate.
This is the automatic version of the strain. This means that even inexperienced growers should have success with it, as there is no need to calculate light exposure or remove male plants. On average, growers can expect the flowering period to last seven to nine weeks, but it can vary depending on the exact phenotype of the plants.
Plants are usually compact in size, which is useful for those with limited space or for those who want to grow without attracting attention. Their appearance can be variable, but in general they have a solid central stem with closely spaced nodes and a conical shape that is wider at the base than at the top.
The only thing that usually does not differ is the size of the yield. For an autoflowering variety, Banana KUSh Cake is capable of producing impressive yields; this is particularly appreciated by growers. The buds are dense, conical and close together. Some ‘run’ to the upper stem and branches and the clusters remain dense, not open. They are also coated with a lot of sparkly, sticky resin and the pistils sometimes turn pink and orange.
Like all robust auto varieties, Banana KUSh Cake grows well in cooler climates. It can also be grown indoors under artificial light.
Banana KUSh Cake Automatic is an indica-dominant variety. This is reflected both in the size and appearance of the plants and in the resulting high. Users will notice the calming, dreamy effect of the strain combined with just a hint of the energizing “buzz” that comes from the sativa genetics. Note – although this is an automatic variant, the high is still strong. Novice users should therefore approach it with some caution.
The aroma of the plant is subtle and skunky with notes of sweet citrus and banana – in fact, it is this scent that gave the strain its name. As the plants grow, the aroma becomes stronger but never overpowering. This can be an advantage when growing them discreetly, especially for growers who only have a basic ventilation system.
The flavour is essentially the same as the aroma. The predominant flavours are hash, citrus and banana, combined with brown sugar and a hint of spice.
