Holy Punch is a cannabis variety from the world-famous SeedBank Green House Seeds. It was created by crossing the popular genetics of The Church. It is famous for its awesome yield and sweet taste and a very special Grape variety that has a great spicy taste and a very special terpene profile.

It’s a medium tall plant with long branches that will need a little support at flowering time to hold its heavy canes. It is excellent for SCROG and LST.

It produces awesomely hard clubs that resemble golf balls in size. They are completely covered with a thick layer of resin.

It has a complex, predominantly fruity flavour with slightly spicy notes that is a bit like Haze.

Holy Punch contains up to 20% THC and induces a strong lingering effect that is excellent for company. From a medical point of view, it is particularly useful in the treatment of pain of all kinds.

Holy Punch feminized marijuana seeds take 8 to 9 weeks to flower and can be grown outdoors or indoors. They can be harvested after 8 weeks. However, if you give them an extra week, their buds will have a fuller flavour and resin production will increase.

If grown indoors, they can produce up to 700 grams of very strong and delicious cannabis per square metre of growing space in ideal conditions.

Holy Punch is outdoors ready for harvest around mid-October and can produce up to 1000 grams per plant. They also have a high resistance to fungi and pests.
