How We Ship
All shipments are sent in unmarked bubble envelopes, D5-type envelopes with lining, or packages without any branding, logos, or website addresses. Inside the envelope, there is a printed cardboard box that provides additional mechanical protection for the items you have ordered. We send shipments under the name “Searching.”

Discrete Delivery
For customers who wish for anonymous delivery, we can send the shipment in unmarked packages. When choosing discreet delivery, the customer can create any name and surname and select the parcel pickup point where the shipment should be delivered. The only correct details the customer must fill in are their phone number and email address, where the necessary information for picking up the package will be sent.

Always Fresh
Our goal is to ship the package as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of quality. We offer live products. Shipping the next day means we have the product in stock, which means it has been sitting in our warehouse for some time. Freshness is our priority, so we try to minimize the time between the production of seeds and their delivery. Most of the seeds offered are therefore ordered fresh based on customer orders, with an additional delivery time of a few days (+2-10). Seeds in stock are shipped within 2 business days, but they are never older than a few weeks.

Ordering and Process
After completing your order, your order status will be “Processing,” which means our system has accepted it and is waiting to be processed. You can continue to monitor its progress, and you will be notified by email of any changes to the order status. The average delivery time is 3-5 days.

Order Change: If you wish to make any changes to your order (remove, add, etc.) and the shipment has not been dispatched yet, simply contact us.


Order Cancellation: Of course, it may happen that after placing the order, you change your mind and want to cancel it. This is of course possible, and in this case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Shipping within the EU for orders over 4,500 CZK: FREE (delivery to the address).

We ship via Packeta (Zásilkovna) and GLS and its partners across the EU. Customers can choose the delivery method directly in the cart when confirming the order. We ship under the name “Searching“.
